Data deletion instructions
Glass connects to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts only to publish the posts you schedule. This page explains how to stop that access and how to have the data Glass holds about your Meta accounts deleted.
1. Disconnect the account in Glass
- Log in to glass.unrivaledmarketingsolutions.com.
- Find the Facebook Page or Instagram account in your channel list and open its menu.
- Choose to delete or disconnect the channel. Glass stops using that account immediately and publishes nothing further to it.
2. Remove Glass from your Meta settings
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select the Glass app, then Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, select the Glass app, then Remove.
Removing the app revokes the access token Meta gave Glass, so Glass can no longer read from or post to your account.
3. Ask us to delete your data
Email david@unrivaledmarketingsolutions.com with the subject "Delete my Glass data". Please include:
- the email address you use to log in to Glass, if you have a Glass login; and
- the name of each Facebook Page or Instagram account to remove.
Within 30 days we delete the stored access tokens, the connected Page's or account's name, ID and picture, and the records of posts Glass published to it. We confirm by email when it's done. Posts already published to your Page or account stay there; you can delete them on Facebook or Instagram.
